FAQs
Common questions we get about the Feel Great System, and the Feel Great Products.
Unimate
Yes. Because of the caffeine and chlorogenic acid content in Unimate, we don’t recommend drinking Unimate before attempting to sleep, but having additional servings throughout the day is okay.
Most people report higher energy levels and a lack of jitters as some of the primary benefits of Unimate. Please note that Unimate has about as much caffeine as a cup of premium coffee, so please be careful if you are sensitive to caffeine.
Yes, add water to taste. If the suggested amount makes Unici-té too rich or too watery for you, feel free to add more or less water.
General
This will depend entirely upon your goals. The Feel Great System is not a restrictive diet, a passing fad, or a difficult health challenge. It is designed to be a completely sustainable lifestyle.
Because using the Feel Great products is so simple and the Feel Great System effects are so powerful, most people continue taking the products for many years. As there is no dependency created, you should feel free to stop using them whenever you choose. But you might not want to. 😉
Whenever a friend purchases a Feel Great pack using your referral code, $10 will be credited to your Unicity member account. You can apply these credits toward other Unicity products that you purchase in the future.
Feel Great products do not create any dependency. You only need to take them for as long as you want to keep Feeling Great!
Results will vary. However, we guarantee that you will Feel Great within your first 90 days, so long as you are taking the products daily and consistently.
BUYER BEWARE: Unicity cannot guarantee the quality or safety of any products that are sold BY UNAUTHORIZED sellers on Amazon, eBay, or any other third-party seller. Products sold through these channels may have been tampered with or adulterated.
Balance
Balance is designed to thicken. We suggest using at least the minimum recommended amount of water to avoid choking. If you find Balance to be too thick, feel free to add more water. Don’t forget to drink Balance immediately after mixing. It is designed to thicken in your stomach, not in your cup!
There’s no need to drink Balance twice per day if you’re only having one meal.
Introducing fiber (Balance) can increase gas or bloating in some people. This is a normal reaction as your body begins to acclimate to the increased daily fiber intake. The effects should diminish after 2–3 weeks. If you’re very uncomfortable, consider halving the portion of Balance you take before each meal for 3–7 days.
Yes. If the meal you’re about to eat is particularly high in carbohydrate or sugar content, we recommend having an additional serving of Balance.
Yes. If you do have more than two meals per day (assuming you haven’t reached the 16-hour fast mark yet), we recommend taking Balance before each meal.
Fasting
This will sometimes happen. Though you won’t experience the full benefits of the fast that day, all is not lost. You will continue reaping the benefits as you keep pushing to make it to the 16-hour fast mark and continue using your Unimate to help you get there. The trick is to not miss two days in a row!
Water will not break your fast. However, if you are trying to maintain a fasted state, you should check the carbohydrate content of any drink before consuming it. If net carbohydrates are present you risk impacting insulin and breaking your nutritional fast.
No. You may drink as much water as you like while fasting, and medications are effectively noncaloric, meaning your fast will remain unbroken.
